I saw SIX for the second time and I am still in awe of how this musical manages to tell the story of King Henry V and creatively transform it for a modern day world over 450 years later. It's exciting, funny, and an all female cast which I've never seen in a musical before. I love that King Henry isn't even a character as this aspect allows us to only focus on the women who are the focus of the musical. Even though the true life endings weren't happy, the final song "Six" imagines the characters telling their own stories through their own voices. I love how the lights, songs, and costumes bring the past and the present together. I was completely immersed in the vulnerability of the characters' stories but loved the fasion and different styles of music that were used in the show, and I even felt like I was at a real concert! I would definetly see this show a third time!
